Kate & Tom at Emerald Maldives

The brief

Kate and Tom married on 6 September 2022 at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa in Raa Atoll, a private island with a kilometre and a half of beach, 45 minutes by seaplane from Malé. They came for a destination wedding: a few days on one island with the family and friends who had made the journey, and a ceremony by the water rather than a hall at home. Ikebana Maldives designed and produced the wedding with the resort's events team, from the ceremony setting and florals to the reception and the running order of the day, so the couple and their guests had nothing to manage but the week itself.
